Shopping online with Border in a Box is safe and secure. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours via Royal Mail, posting Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

If delivery is urgent please upgrade the postage at checkout to the Express Delivery Service either Royal Mail T24 or Special Delivery. 

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Second Class post unless stated otherwise on the product listing.

If you are not at home during the day, it is best to have your Border in a Box delivered to a business or work address, although the majority of gift boxes are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us via email as quickly as possible to nikki@borderinabox.com.

We cannot, however, accept a cancellation request if your goods have already been dispatched.

1. Ordering

When you place an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate
• You are authorised to use the payment method
• You are entering into a contract with Border in a Box

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours via Royal Mail Second Class post as standard, but this service can be upgraded to a service of your choice at the checkout. Post is sent Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

1. Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail.
If you are not home, parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

1. Cancellation & Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the day you receive your order.

To cancel:

Email nikki@borderinabox.com within 14 days.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility – we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service and please retain your proof of postage.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
• Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the Seller).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the faulty item has been returned.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

All designs, images, text, and branding are the property of Border in a Box.
