No need for green fingers or expertise, just a windowsill, some compost/soil and a dollop of enthusiasm to ‘grow your own’.

Everything simply tastes better when you’ve nurtured the seeds and harvested them yourself. Plus growing your own food is a great way to know exactly what’s in your food and where it came from and it’s plastic free!

• Mint seeds plus recipe card to make a mint mojito mocktail
• Rocket seeds plus recipe card to make a beetroot, walnut and feta salad
• Chard seeds plus recipe card to make chard and leek soup
• Pak choi seeds plus recipe card to make Sesame Pak Choi
• 4 wooden plant markers – to write the name and sowing date for each seed varieties

Sowing instructions are on the reverse of the packets. All seeds can be started off in small pots or seed trays on the window sill and pot on when ready. Keep the mint in it’s own container/pot as they like to grow! Protect from frosts.

Suitable for beginners or experienced gardeners alike.

The seeds are not edible before sowing and growing. Once the plant has grown and produced seed, it is possible to save the seeds to grow the following year.

All seeds are supplied by Mr Fothergills in foil sachets for freshness. Ideally sow the seeds within the first year of purchase.
