• 24 envelopes each with a beautiful hand drawn Christmas wreath design
• 24 packets of individual seeds – a mixture of flowers, vegetables and herbs (packed inside the Advent envelope)
• 3m (approx) of bakers twine to hang the envelopes from. Alternatively you could display the envelopes in your own basket and use the cotton twine in the garden.
• 24 white mini pegs to attach the envelopes to the twine

Seed packets may include a mixture of the following:

Flowers: Cosmos, Sunflowers, Forget-me-Nots, Nigella, Calendula, Larkspur, Ammi majus, wildflowers, Geranium, dwarf Lupins, Verbena bonariensis, Zinnia, Nicotiana, Lavender, Thunbergia and wildflowers.

Vegetables & herbs: Carrot, Pak Choi, Tomato, Radish, Lettuce, Rocket, Chard, Beetroot, Parsley, Basil, Thyme, Mint, Norway Spruce (Christmas Tree)

Seeds are full size packets supplied by Mr Fothergills, one of the UK’s most reputable seed merchants. All in foil wrappers with sowing instructions on each packet.

Dimensions:

The envelopes are made from recycled paper and are C6 in size (postcard size). The rigid gift box measures 173 x 238 x 35 mm (A5 size)

Seed Supplier:

All seeds are supplied by Mr Fothergills in foil sachets. They’ve been gardening experts since 1978 and are one of Europe’s largest seed houses. They provide great choice and quality products for UK gardeners and is why we’ve chosen to work with them.

Delivery

Free postage and packing to UK addresses only via Royal Mail Tracked 48, however if you need next day delivery, you can upgrade it to a Royal Mail service of your choice at the checkout.

Packaging info

The gift will be wrapped in snazzy tissue paper (as per the photo). The tissue paper is fully recyclable and compostable and printed using soy inks. Then it is packaged into a cardboard book wrap to post.

We are a small UK business based in Pershore, Worcestershire that specialises in gardening gifts and stationery.

We started Border in a Box in 2017 after moving into a new build property and had no clue what to do with the garden. This led onto retraining as a garden designer, then creating show gardens, meeting the fabulous Alan Titchmarsh and showing him the prototype of the garden design kits (which he loved!) and it all grew from there.

Our designs are unique to us, so you can ensure any gift purchased and sent to your loved ones are special and well thought out.

When creating our gift range, the same illustrations and colours are used throughout which means you can buy several items and they will all coordinate beautifully.

• No fillers are used, to reduce excess packaging and keep costs and waste to a minimum without reducing quality or luxe feel
• Print on uncoated paper (either recycled or FSC approved) using vegetable oil or soy based inks to enable more recycling
• Re-use packaging from items sent to me (so you may have bubble wrapped items from time to time, so please reuse them too)
